I'm a ride or die for this thing called life. But I got questions... like, where are we going? Do they have champagne? And why we gotta die? 

 

Naw, but I've always had questions about life, like... what's the purpose? Questions about death, the nature of God, the power of our thoughts, why bad things happen to good people, and how it all works. Though these seem like heavy subjects I keep it light as a feather.

According to Egyptian spiritual law, upon a person's death, the goddess Ma'at weighs their heart on a scale, against her white feather of truth. If the heart is as light as her feather, their soul will pass on to paradise. If their heart is heavier than her feather, their soul will be devoured by a god with the face of a crocodile, and cease to exist forever. Well that got dark. LOL.

 

Look, we are only here for a short time. I believe that the purpose of life is to experience the joy of being alive. 

 

Yes, there are trials, tragedies and triumphs, but we get to choose how we behold (verb; see, or view) life experience. I want to talk about life and how to find the joy and the spiritual lesson in all things.  Over champagne mane! I hope that you feel the same.
